Casa Malca Hotel Tulum

So glad we chose it, spent 3 perfect days here. The location was stunning, at a moderate distance from Cesiak. We ate at the Michelin-starred restaurant near the hotel.

It was clean, and I truly enjoyed perfect staff and rooms. The room was tidy with a balcony and had a private safe and an iPod dock.

I had incredible 1 night in this hotel that's why I liked that. There was plenty of food for breakfast, including eggs, fruit and pastries.

The hotel was extravagant and clean with very good location and rooms. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as eggs, fruit and pastries. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Tulum.

Hip new hotel, it has amazing restaurant and breathtaking location near restaurants and stores. Luxurious rooms, eggs, pastries and fruit in the morning, amazing food.

Absolutely stunning breakfast, impeccable staff, decent location. The staff did all they can for a magnificent stay. Beds were very spacious and the room itself was exceptional. Very good service at the restaurant!

Fabulously helpful staff and a perfect breakfast including lots of bread, porridge and muffins. The junior suite was very well furnished and cool enough. I loved early check in too. You guys made my stay very lovely!

Horrible bathroom.

I had an incredible experience here, everything was perfect, the location was super just next door to Tulum, all restaurants and the beach. Loved the buffet breakfast, especially eggs, fruit and pastries. Don't forget to explore Zona Hotelera district.

Property was imaginable, room was bright and bright. Loved Wi-Fi, air conditioning and TV in the room. City view was amazing.

I loved my very relaxing stay. Such large rooms, impeccable service. Found in a beach part of the town. The beach nearby was pristine and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The room was protected with safe. I used free parking onsite.

Unfortunately wi-fi was very poor.

Ideal location, fabulous bar, hard-working staff. The bed was good and it was great having Wi-Fi, climate control and TV. The furniture was wooden. The pool was nice, good after a tiring day.

it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay, lively place. absolutely perfect location and really big bed. breakfast was freshly prepared and had plenty of options — slices of fresh bread, yoghourt, porridge and muffins. room was air conditioned, i loved the bed and marble-lined bathroom.

Fairly clean and well-organised hotel, extremely accommodating staff and efficient rooms. There were Wi-Fi, TV set and microwave in the room, loved that. I was offered a continental breakfast, it was savoury. Walking distance to the sandy beach.

It's good base for sightseeing and exploring Tulum. Nicely decorated, beautifully decorated room with the most impressive art and a balcony, for example;))

A magical hotel in Tulum. The staff was so helpful and the room was so clean, beautiful. And it also had breathtaking view. The breakfast was absolutely perfect with lots of options.

Beautiful building and new-fashioned rooms. The rooms spotless. Brilliant location to Arco Maya. Superb service with welcoming staff.

Very impressed with this luxury hotel and would definitely visit it again. The bed is comfortable, really! Moreover, the free Wi Fi was available here. The property was not far from the secluded beach. Apart from that, Caravana Tulum was 5 minutes' drive away. A great selection fruit and pastries at breakfast.
